I want to colour and old Black and white picture in Cs2
tips?

A simple way is to put a new blank layer above the B/W image, go from normal mode to color mode, and paint away, see if that works for you

I have still the old CS3
so for me the simple way i think , its only one photo i will do.

Why not ask the moderator(s) here, if they can use your photo in a coloring contest? On a different site, a friend had one from a relative in the civil war, and he got a lot of good colorized versions from that contest.

Good idea, but it is private protected photo

As one who does this 9 hours a day, there is most definitely a correct way.

As one who's been doing this for over 30 years and still doing it daily, ... I respectfully disagree.
