I say "I couldn't care less!"
What's with the "Could care less" people. Could you care more?
The "I couldn't care less" thinks so low of "said thing" that they couldn't think of it because it's the least thing they care about!
If you could care less! That's a different story!!

The theory is that saying "I couldn't care less" is like a double negative. So one should say, "I could care less." See? 
However, scholars have scads of sites dedicated to this unfathomable saying...
The Oxford dictionary already recognizes “could care less” as an American colloquialism. Many people, however, regard it as incorrect since it makes no logical sense (if you “could care less” it means that you care at least a bit).
Frankly, I could give a damn...

Nope, it's not a double negative. "I couldn't care less" Means I couldn't care any less. Meaning if I cared any less it would be.... OOOH!!!

What I'm saying is, if you say "you COULD care less" it means you still care!
And if you say "you COULDN'T care less" it means you don't care!

....And when I say I could care less it means I couldn't care less and I express it by not putting in the effort to say 'couldn't' because it isn't worth it because I could care less.

I could care less means there is even more possibility of not caring even more than I do now but couldn't care less means there is no more rooms for caring less than I already do now. It's the ultimate of not caring. But I guess who cares!!

well just at the mere mention of it means you do care to some degree... but, I couldn't care less.. It implies an effort, otherwise not there unless mentioned in the first place.. hehe
now to go wash this blood I apparently have on me off..
I have a great friend locally that is from UK, one of the sayings she uses is "ohh, Horse feathers!" I laugh every time
