now with lightfall and some bubbles for comic relief

I actually used the sponge tool (in desaturate mode) for the fish.
That way it wasn't a universal change, it was only in parts...

and even occecid knows the value of noise (croutons)
To add a little contrast you need to use Filter | Noise | croutons.
